The United States incarcerates more of its citizens than any other nation on earth, including China and Russia.

In order to further increase jail capacity and to, once again, pull ahead in the space race, the U.S. plans to build several hundred prison complexes on the moon. They intend to send prisoners serving lifetime sentences to the moon, as well as all death row inmates.
